SHIPPING
Shipping charges are included in the price of our products unless otherwise noted. We use UPS and USPS shipping carriers at our discretion. The actual shipping service used depends on the dimensions of the package and the zone it is being shipped to.
We ship to anywhere in the Continental United States.
DELIVERY TIME
We are able to handcraft, process and ship most orders within 3 working days. Please refer to the UPS Time in Transit map below to determine how many days in transit you need to plan for before your order reaches its destination. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as transit days, nor does the day your item is shipped.
DELIVERY TIME - CHRISTMAS KISSING BALLS AND WREATHS
Please place your orders early so they can be processed and shipped without delay. Daily shipping on balsam fir products begins on Friday, November 27, 2009. We are able to handcraft, process and ship most orders within 3 working days. Orders placed will be shipped on a first come, first served basis. You can request a specific ship date and we will do our best to ship it out on that date. It is recommended to allow a couple extra days during the height of the holiday season when estimating your shipping date! We cannot guarantee arrival shipping dates. Please refer to the UPS Time in Transit map below to determine how many days you need to plan for shipping of Wreaths to the west coast. Kissing Balls are shipped via USPS Priority mail to all zones, Wreaths are shipped via USPS Priority mail to the eastern zones - allow for 3 days in transit. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as transit days, nor does the day your item is shipped.
PAYMENT AND PROCESSING
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Because our products are custom made to order, your payment will be processed and charged prior to your product being handcrafted.
RETURNS
We take great pride in our products and handcraft each individually. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase! If your product arrives damaged retain the package, all packing materials and product and contact us immediately for further instructions.
